Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Travvio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service.

2. Who We Are

Travvio is a Delaware (USA) business that operates the Service at travv.io. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to Travvio.

3. Description of Service

Travvio provides AI-powered travel planning tools, including itinerary generation, hotel recommendations, trip organization, and email export. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • One account per person; do not share accounts.
  • Notify us immediately at hello@travel-helper.io of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically abuse the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
  • Attack, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute generated itineraries as a paid service without our prior written permission.
  • Submit illegal, infringing, or malicious content.

6. Credits, Pricing & Payments

  • The Service uses a credit system. Generating an itinerary costs 1 credit. New accounts receive 2 free credits. Editing an itinerary and requesting hotel recommendations are free.
  • Credits can be purchased in packs through our payment processor, Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted, and applicable taxes are added at checkout.
  • All credit purchases are final and credits are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Credits do not expire while your account remains active. If your account is deleted or terminated, any unused credits are forfeited with no refund.
  • We may change pricing or pack composition on a prospective basis; previously purchased credits retain their original value.
  • For billing disputes, contact hello@travel-helper.io within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate in good faith, but the non-refundable policy above remains in effect unless a different outcome is required by law.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Itineraries, hotel suggestions, travel tips, and other outputs are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, hallucinated places, or incorrect prices, hours, or availability.

You must independently verify all travel information — including bookings, prices, availability, visa and entry requirements, safety conditions, and health requirements — before relying on it or making a booking. Travvio is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform, and we do not sell flights, hotels, or other travel products.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links to or content from third parties (hotels, maps, external websites). We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of the trip details, preferences, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant Travvio a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, branding, logos, and content created by us — is owned by Travvio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No license is granted to you beyond the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVVIO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR TRAVEL-RELATED LOSSES (INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS, MISSED FLIGHTS, OR DENIED ENTRY), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travvio and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and the non-refundability of credits — will survive.

16. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email or with an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Travvio agree that any claim shall be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

19. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Travvio regarding the Service.
  • Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Notices: we may send notices to you by email or in-app.
